During morning observations, the client remained focused and ignored distractions while completing his class work. During midday observations, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client followed directions on the first prompt while in the his activity for resource. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C inquired about the clientâs morning. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue to remain focused while in class. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue to follow directions on the first prompt. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day as evidenced by participation and positive feedback. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue to remain focused while he completed his class work. During midday observations, the client agreed to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria. During afternoon observations, the client continued to follow directions on the first prompt while completing the assigned activity for resource. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
